Co-founder of Sutra Studios and wellness rebel, Rebecca is all about shaking things up. With 15+ years in the game, she’s mastered the art of movement, mindset, and a little bit of magic. Whether she's guiding people through life-changing transformations or diving into quantum physics, Rebecca does it all with passion, grit, and a killer sense of humor. Obsessed with knitting in the round and spending time with her tribe, she lives for teaching others how to own their life like a boss.
MATTHEW
Matthew brings the electric energy and artistic madness. Co-founder and creative force, he makes sure every Sutra experience is an adventure. As DJ DiscoNapDad, he blends his musical talents with powerful frequency healing, creating soundscapes that elevate and transform. His motto? Laugh hard, live loud, and never play small. When he’s not leading the charge at Sutra, you’ll find him chasing epic hikes, brainstorming wild ideas, or discovering new ways to keep life exciting.
